Dan and the team are the Best! A day before this year's first snow storm, I tried to start my sow blower but the starter rope snapped. I was in panic mode when I call River East but Dan said "don't worry, come on over to the shop, we'll take care of you." Within minutes Dan had my machine running.

Brought in an echo chain saw, would stall after engine heated up. Would start and idle well. Allen tested carburetor, determined it needed replacing, along with fuel and air filter and new plug. Problem solved, thanks Dan and Allen

Go nowhere else!!!!! Dropped off my lawn mower - they promised to look through and call me before repairs. I knew that I needed a new battery and oil change. They said it would probably be a week. They called me the next day suggesting new blades (I thought that as well). They scheduled a drop off for that same day. The mower was dropped off ON TIME and LOOKING NEW!!!! Everything was clean and shiny (and it cuts great too!).
I had used them in the past for my snow blower with that very same level of satisfaction. Seriously. These guys are the best!

I have been a customer of Dan’s since 2017 and have seen his business grow from him working out of his brother’s garage next door to the large showroom he now has today. I credit Dan for putting Gravely on the map in this area and on the back of many landscaper’s trailers. I recently decided to replace my 18 year old 48” Gravely with a new Gravely ZT HD 52”, but before doing so I shopped around all the different brands/dealers and once again came to the conclusion that Gravely offers the same quality as the other brands at a lower price, but most of all no other dealer compares to Dan LeBlanc. Dan treats you with respect, answers all your questions and never applies any pressure. I ended up purchasing a Gravely ZT HD 52” with striping kit, power bagger wither larger size bags, light kit, hitch and JRCO front mount dethatcher and couldn’t be happier.

Dan the owner is the reason why I switch from Exmark to gravely he knows everything that has to do with gravely/Ariens. I walked in knowing I needed a new zero turn but I really didn’t know exactly what I wanted. Dan gave me the pros and cons of the two mowers I liked most and let me make the decision. I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The Gravely Pro Turn is a great machine and the bagging system is like a vacuum for your lawn. The machine just broke 4 hours and I have zero complaints. Very knowledgeable staff and there were no pushy salesman.

He gave me all the information I needed and then let me make a choice with zero pressure. It was delivered to my door just a few days later. Can’t wait to use it this spring!

Dan and his staff are awesome. I've been shopping around for another mower and have looked at many different brands. Stopped in spoke with Dan directly and he explained thoroughly about the machines his sells. He even set up a time for me to demo a Stand On mower. The mower I was to demo unfortunately had been sold right after I had left his dealership, but Dan and his crew uncrated a brand new EFI 52" Stand On and had it waiting for me as promised.
The machine was awesome and lived up to everything I was told and then some. Anyone looking for Power Equipment and wants a true sales experience stop be EH Power Equipment you won't be disappointed!!!

Very helpful and respectful staff! They helped me out of a bind with my snowblower the day before a huge storm. It ended up being a simple enough & inexpensive fix but was so glad they were honest because I really didn't know.

Excellent customer service, very attentive. Listens to your needs and doesn't oversell you on something that is too large. Dan does a hell of a job prepping his machines and adjusting them so the new owner doesn't have to. Wish my JD dealer did the same. I've bought two machines and was pleased with both acquisitions.

Saw their post on Facebook Marketplace for Black Friday. Messaged them about a particular model and received a reply within 10 minutes. Stopped today and picked up my brand new unit. Very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me make my final selection by explaining the unit differences and answering all questions. Came from Southington area and it was well worth the trip. Definitely reccomend!
